What is the Centennial Market?

The Centennial Market is what is known as a public market. Most items are brand new, refurbished and quite often handmade.  It’s a non-profit cooperative made up of many members and administrated by a board of directors.

Is there a fee to be a member?

There is a $50 annual fee. This gets you the right to vote at the general meeting as well as a slight discount on rent and a listing on this website.

How much does it cost to rent a stall?

That depends on how much space you would like to rent and how long you wish to attend the market. Stalls start from $50 a week.

What are you hours?

The full market is open Saturday 10-5 and Sunday 12-4, the concourse (front area) is open Thursday-Friday 10-4

Can I set my own hours?

No. All vendors are expected to attend the stated market hours on weekends. However, these vendors can also do popups out in the concourse on weekdays as well. Vendors open permanently in the concourse are required to be open Thursday and Friday as well.

Do you have a map of the vendors?

We’re working on it! A map is difficult to create because so many of our vendors are casual. For now, a directory of permanent vendors can be found here.

How do I become a vendor?

Head on over to our application page and apply! It will then be reviewed by the board of directors.

Are there food vendors?

We have bakers, soup distributers, butchers and a delicious concession! We could always use more though!

How do we go about bringing in food and selling it?

Food vendors have to be approved by the Regina Qu’appelle Heath Region (RQHR). Food vendors can fill out the standard market application and find the forms for food permits on Appendix ii.

Do we get to pick our spot?

Only permanent vendors are able to pick their spot. Temporary vendors can have some input, but it’s not guaranteed.

Who’s on the board of directors?

The board of directors is elected by market members. You can view this on our About Us page!

Will you repair our old Sears Appliances?

Are Pets allowed?

What happened with the U-haul deal?
